About Us

 Your Fairytale Holiday is an independent travel business, run by me, Alex.

I have been working in travel for 15 years, and a Disney specialist for most of this time. Having worked at both Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, I have an extensive knowledge of everything they have to offer.

I’ve even 'Earned my Ears' at Disney University, making me the only travel agent in the UK to have done so. I certainly do live and breathe Disney!

I take my family to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris every year, partly because they are the best place for a family holiday, but also to help me remain one of the top Disney agents in the country.

Financial Protection

Your Fairytale Holiday is a trading name of The Travel Directors Ltd, an Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) registered company. We are an independently-owned agent of the Mid Counties Co-Operative Limited.

Booking a holiday with us means you will have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We will provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday with us at any of the Disney destinations we work with, or if you buy a combination of accommodation and park tickets for Disneyland Paris. The protection will not apply for accommodation only purchases.

In addition, all flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing (ATOL) scheme. When you pay for your holiday with us you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate, which you should check to ensure everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
